A great way to research home loan options in Australia is to use the services of a mortgage broker. Brokers have access to a more the 300 loan products from more than 30 lenders and can guide you through the home loan maze. And the best news is that the service is FREE. www.LoansFromHome.com.au is a Perth based mortgage broker ofering FREE home loan consultations to clients in Perth and all over Australia. I am sure many home loan businesses provide the basic same products and all have the same lenders, however not all are professional. Choose your mortgage broker carefully, choose a professional. i have had many dealings with this company www.domainhomeloans.com.au smile.gif

They have appeared to me to be the best in the industry and are very ethical.

Just thought you would like to know that's all.

Regards and have an exceptional day.

with interest rates going up yesterday, a good place to get a better home loan is Beat Home Loans!

www.13beat.com.au

If you have an existing or approved bank home loan, they will beat your rate.
"It does apply to comparison rates for exisiting or approved standard variable bank loans, excluding limited time or honeymoon offers."
I got this info from the flyer.

I got my homeloan down from 7.24% to 6.99%!! Brilliant! biggrin.gif

And it only took 4 days to get the loan done!! laugh.gif

Hope this helps everyone!!

Getting a home loan is the simple part! Anyone can do that.

Making sure that your home loan suits your long term financial strategy and is set up correctly to help you maximise your benefits and create long term wealth. This is of primary importance.

I work in the mortgage broking industry and use to be very focused on "getting the loan",

However I have now moved to a company that specilises in Holistic financial planning. Advisors here help clients map their future and work with them to achieve all their goals. What I have seen with my own eyes is that clients benefit much more with this holistic service.

I recommend it to everyone.

If you do want more information please contact our office on 08 9317 7900.

If you are looking for a Mortgage Broker who will assist in all your financial requirements, look no further than Broad Finance.

Having dealt with Banks and other Brokers I have finally found a Perth-based broker who is genuinely concerned about what I needed. They helped me with my home loan and saved me from getting ripped off from the yard with my car loan. Why go to the banks when Broad will do the work for you for no cost.

As the name suggests, Broad Finance can and will assist with all forms of finance. I've recommended all my family and friends to Broad Finance and suggest you give Chris and the girls at Broad a call if you need any help at all.
